The Sweetwater Center – Behavioral Health Residential Facility
Our residential program is located in a beautiful home near Thunderbird and 64th Street and conveniently located near our outpatient clinic located at 8149 N 87th Place. The Sweetwater Center is a behavioral health residential facility licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services and is Joint Commission accredited. The property is a spacious acre property with private and shared bedrooms. This beautiful, quiet upscale 10 bed home was converted to a facility in 2021 and has nursing staff with clinical services for those who have transitioned from a hospital setting or directly from our detox unit. Treatment at this level of care is recommended for 30-45 days and driven by medically necessity. If utilizing insurance, SRC® communicates directly with your insurance company to ensure authorization for our services on a weekly and sometimes daily basis.
